Say Hello to Mckenzie • Austin Baby Photographer
You may remember this precious baby girl from her newborn photo session back in October… She was my sweet smiley frog! You can check out those photos here if you missed them. She was a bit shy at first… BUT by the end of our session she was little miss chatty! Mckenzie had SO much to tell us about…lol. Mom and dad have such a cute and sassy little ballerina on their hands! I can’t wait to see how her little personality is going to evolve by her one year session!! 
The Nasserfar Family Session • Austin Family Photographer
There was SO much silliness and sweetness during this family session, and I absolutely LOVED it. We ventured all along the colorful South Congress area here in the heart of Austin, and these two little ones kept us hard at work. Thank goodness their cool Aunt Hannah was there to help out with lots of big smiles! We managed to capture lots of great shots of their cute little personalities, several great family photos, and even a couple great ones of just mom and dad. NICE. What a fun and beautiful family!! I can’t wait to finish designing their family session album. Mom is going to love breaking that one out for their first dates in several years! ;-)
The Lindsley Family Maternity Session • Austin Maternity Photographer
This fun family has experienced so many important changes in their lives recently, including moving into their new home as shown in the photos below. And they are still expecting one last little bundle of perfection in January. They will be welcoming another beautiful little lady to the family! During their family maternity session they all made silly faces every time I took a test shot. So much fun, and of course they will make for some great framers…LOL. Even the pretty little ones below had a good time sassing for the camera. I love that you can just see the silly sisterly love in their photos, and definitely look forward to adding another to the mix during their newborn session! I’m grateful to have the opportunity to photograph/document their beautiful family during such a wonderful time of transition!
The Fontenot Family Session • Austin Family Photographer
As a gift to Grandma, the Fontenot family all got together for family portraits, and what a FUN photo session it was!! The two handsome, yet silly munchkins show below, made it especially fun for all of us. My assistant Fred the Frog definitely helped to capture lots of big smiles, and he even made it into some of their family photos…LOL. Just wait until these little dudes get older, and they bring their girlfriends home to meet the parents… [insert dramatic music here] and mom breaks out the album from this photo session!! I had such a great time photographing them. Did I mention, professional photos from Savvy Images are one of the best gifts you could possibly give a loved one!! ;-)

The Hart Family Holiday Session • Austin Family Photographer
Before the holidays and the chaos of their big move down south, Hot Momma Hart gathered her family to have professional photos taken. As we planned, it was a pretty quick session. And like always, we used fruit snacks (aka candy) as bribery for good smiles. Either her little man may be catching onto our sneaky ways, or he’s beginning to take after his dad in the disliking photos department. I’m hoping that neither are true…lol. Regardless, we captured some great shots of them all together! Perfect photos for their Christmas cards, AND to fill the many blank walls in their future new home!

The Cain Family • Austin Family Photographer
Ashlie contacted me several months ago about taking photos of her family. Since she’s normally the one behind the camera, she conspired with her brother, sister and dad to surprise her mom with the perfect Mother’s Day present… a professional photography session with Savvy Images! With three adorable grand babies, it was the perfect choice to get something she could cherish forever. They scheduled their session while all together at their vacation home in Horseshoe Bay. I’m so grateful that their closets coordinated SO colorfully well. Jackson was such a handsome little model, and even Harper woke up towards the end of the session so we could get some great smiley shots. I had to get creative using a little reverse psychology with cute little Presley, and managed to capture her beautiful big smile. Grandma should definitely be proud, because she has one beautiful family!

The Hart Maternity Photos • Austin Newborn Photographer
As soooon as Julie found out she was expecting their second little blessing, she contacted me about taking professional maternity and newborn photos for her here in Austin. It was incredibly flattering to say the least, and of course I was very grateful/eager to do so. We had quiet a while to brainstorm, and came up with SO many cute ideas that she actually booked two different sessions to be sure we had plenty of time to capture everything! These photos from her first session, are of her good looking/growing family. The beautiful and colorful decor out at The Oasis on Lake Travis suited them perfectly. Especially since there are so many cute spots! We had a location attention span max of about 5 clicks because her little man Miller was on the run…lol. But he was such a sweetheart, the little ladies man even gave his mom a little flower! He’s going to have so much fun when Baby Quinn arrives soon and gets big enough to play. Momma Hart will definitely have her hands FULL with all her boys!
The Elam’s Big Announcement • Houston Maternity Photographer
Early this morning Jaxon’s 1st year session was posted on the blog, {you can view that here if you missed it} and now there is really exciting news to follow… Jaxon is going to be a big brother!! The Elam’s are expecting their second baby in February. It worked out very well that we were able to incorporate a little announcement photo action in on his one year session. And of course, they get a cute collage of their photos to use as their Facebook profile photo (at the bottom of this post). Be sure to keep an eye out for more photos on the blog of this cute growing family in the future!

DADS ~ Photo Challenge
Once again, one of my favorite forums, Rock the Shot is having a contest. This month the theme is DADS…. the perfect choice just in time for Father’s Day! And I just happened to have the perfect shot to enter! Taken during an incredibly cute family photo shoot this spring, this photo was the fun dad’s ONLY photo request. And what a happy little man! You can just tell how much his little munchkin loves it!

Travis Co. Medical Association Picnic
Every year the Travis County Medical Alliance gets together and has a picnic for all of it’s members. This year, I was asked to take family photos there. I had such a great time doing so, and I met so many different fun families! The weather was beyond ideal for a mid-day picnic at my favorite park in Austin… Mayfield Park!! There was a clown painting faces, live music, a tractor train, and of course the infamous/beautiful peacocks! Below are some of the MANY fun photos and good looking families I photographed. So many cute little characters and I hope to shoot some of them again one day!
